Property Casualty Sales Executive

Job Summary

Seeking dynamic, driven, and outgoing sales professionals to join a team as Property Casualty Sales Executives. In this role, you will focus on developing and generating new business revenue through sales to both new and existing clients, with a specialization in Commercial Property and Casualty Coverages. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional client service to ensure high retention rates and will thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and secure new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients, with a focus on Commercial Property and Casualty Coverages.
  • Deliver outstanding service to clients to maintain high retention rates.
  • Collaborate effectively in team sales situations with other producers and agency personnel.
  • Manage overall client relationships with professionalism and care.
  • Prepare and execute an individual business plan and production budget.
  • Participate in formal training and mentorship programs led by the leadership team.
  • Build and maintain relationships that align with the company’s culture and values.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales and/or the insurance industry (preferred but not required).
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and success-driven.
  • Willingness to partner with a mentor or work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven ability to network, develop relationships, and establish centers of influence.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent client service to ensure high retention rates.
