Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of employee benefits accounts, providing strategic guidance to clients, and developing new business opportunities. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide innovative solutions to enhance their employee benefits programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of employee benefits accounts, including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance plans
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, delivering presentations, and providing strategic guidance on benefits programs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, legislative changes, and compliance requirements to provide informed guidance to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and customize benefits packages that meet the unique needs of each client
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Account Executive or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of employee benefits products, regulations, and industry best practices
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license
