Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing and collaborative team. Compensation Package
- Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with group sizes ranging from approximately 2–99 lives and 100+ lives.
- Handle all aspects of employee benefits accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Work with various types of accounts, including telemedicine, personal health, individual and family plans, Covered CA, Medicare, dental, and vision.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive office atmosphere.
- Utilize agency management software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits account management.
- A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.
- Active Life and Health (L&H) license is required.
- Proficiency in using agency management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to contribute to a positive office culture.
