Seeking a motivated and dedicated Employee Benefits Account Manager to deliver strategic employee benefits solutions and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. In this role, the individual will oversee the management and servicing of client accounts, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships to understand their employee benefits needs and requirements.
  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality benefits programs and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, implement, and maintain customized benefits plans tailored to client objectives.
  • Educate clients on plan options, changes, and compliance requirements while proactively offering solutions to address their needs.
  • Conduct regular reviews and performance evaluations of client benefits programs to ensure alignment with their goals.
  • Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and cost analyses for clients.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns regarding client accounts promptly and effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Support new client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions and strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the employee benefits or insurance industry.
  • In-depth understanding of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions for client challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with relevant software tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license.
