Employee Benefits Account Manager

Job Summary

Looking for a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day servicing of employee benefits accounts, coordinating renewals, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day servicing of assigned employee benefits accounts
  • Coordinate renewals, open enrollment processes, and benefits plan implementations
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, coverage questions, and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency management systems
  • Collaborate with producers and carriers to present competitive benefit solutions
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and client needs
  • Handle a mix of new business (60%) and renewals (40%)

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in employee benefits account management
  • Experience with fully-funded and self-funded accounts, managing 25-50+ lives
  • Proficiency in Applied Epic or similar agency management systems
  • Driven, team player, strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
