Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day servicing of employee benefits accounts, coordinating renewals, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day servicing of assigned employee benefits accounts
- Coordinate renewals, open enrollment processes, and benefits plan implementations
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, coverage questions, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency management systems
- Collaborate with producers and carriers to present competitive benefit solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and client needs
- Handle a mix of new business (60%) and renewals (40%)
Qualifications/Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in employee benefits account management
- Experience with fully-funded and self-funded accounts, managing 25-50+ lives
- Proficiency in Applied Epic or similar agency management systems
- Driven, team player, strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
