Employee Benefits Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business with group sizes averaging 20-50 lives.
  • Handle day-to-day servicing needs, including preparing spreadsheets, building presentations, and assisting with renewals.
  • Collaborate with brokers during client meetings and presentations, occasionally presenting to small groups.
  • Quote new and renewal business as part of a balanced workload.
  • Utilize software tools such as BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator to manage accounts effectively.
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the employee benefits industry. Self-funded experience is preferred.
  • Licenses/Designations: L&H (Life and Health) license required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator software.
  • Soft Skills: Friendly, responsible, team-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Travel: Local travel may be required for client presentations.
