Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a team.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of business with group sizes from 2 to 1000 lives.
- Handle marketing, quoting, and renewals for group accounts.
- Coordinate and execute large RFPs with carriers.
- Conduct presentations, enrollments, and claims management.
- Serve as the primary expert and administrator for Employee Navigator.
- Collaborate with leadership on developing and implementing strategies for working communities in the Great Lakes region.
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Attend client meetings and travel to client sites as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in employee benefits account management.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Employee Navigator (required).
- Familiarity with Applied Benefit Designer (preferred but not required).
- Soft Skills:
- Personable and approachable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and inquisitive, with the ability to ask the right questions.
- Work Environment:
- Remote position with flexibility to attend in-person client meetings.
