Employee Benefits Insurance Producer- Hybrid/Remote
  
Summary: 
Established Insurance agency seeking a detailed-oriented person who demonstrates clear knowledge and understanding of Employee Benefits/Group Health insurance coverages. 

Compensation plan like nothing you have ever seen before, ability to have partial ownership of book of business built, looking for true producers who have built something from the ground up, not been handed a book of business. 
  
Job Description: 

• Full knowledge of insurance products and usages 
• Ability to advise and consult with clients  
• Manage sales process and go out and find new business
• Maintain accounts in accordance with organizational guidelines 
• Service and monitor account activity along side team
• Call existing insured to compliment or “round out” supplemental accounts. 
• Work strategically with sales staff to optimize relationships and protect client’s business. 
• Review policies and coverage for accuracy and rating calculations. 
• Process endorsements, placement requests and invoicing. 
• Complete and prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries and reviews. 
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners, carriers, and vendors. 
• Responsible for marketing process & quoting new and renewal business 

  
 Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience handling Employee Benefits Insurance Accounts 
• Ability to meet/w clients and discuss insurance mitigation strategies 
• Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• High School Diploma: Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
