Job Summary:


The company is looking an experienced Employee Benefits Producer with over 5 years of expertise in the mid-market sector to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate is Life & Health (L&H) licensed, possesses agency experience, and excels in building client relationships, designing tailored benefits solutions, and driving business growth.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships in the mid-market sector to promote employee benefits programs.
  • Design and present customized benefits packages, including health, dental, vision, and ancillary plans.
  • Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to negotiate competitive plan options.
  • Drive new business development through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, compliance, and regulatory requirements (ACA, ERISA, etc.).
  • Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Employee Benefits Producer in the mid-market segment.
  • Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
  • Proven agency experience with a track record of client retention and business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits products, carriers, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Established network of mid-market clients and industry contacts.
  • Proficiency in benefits administration platforms and CRM tools.
