Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who excels in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 annually
- Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of personal lines accounts, including quoting, binding, and servicing policies
- Oversee new and renewal business, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
- Utilize Applied Epic software to manage client accounts and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality account management
- Stay informed on industry developments and changes in insurance regulations
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
- Experience: 1–3 years of personal lines insurance experience, preferably within an independent agency
- Software Proficiency: Must have experience with Applied Epic software
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team
