Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who excels in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of personal lines accounts, including quoting, binding, and servicing policies
• Oversee new and renewal business, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
• Utilize Applied Epic software to manage client accounts and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality account management
• Stay informed on industry developments and changes in insurance regulations

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
• Experience: 1–3 years of personal lines insurance experience, preferably within an independent agency
• Software Proficiency: Must have experience with Applied Epic software
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team
