Compensation Package

- Base Salary: Starting at $50,000, with immediate earning potential through commissions.
- First-Year Income Potential: $75,000 (based on meeting validation schedule).

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to secure new business.
- Engage in prospecting activities such as cold calling, networking, and direct mail campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and external partners.
- Act as a consultant to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Participate in company meetings and client sessions, contributing to team success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and fulfill continuing education requirements to maintain licensure.

- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, comfortable engaging with individuals and groups.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present complex information.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with industry-specific software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
