Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing high-net-worth (HNW) accounts, focusing on both renewals and new business development.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business focusing on HNW accounts with premiums of $10,000 or more.
- Handle both new business and renewals.
- Collaborate with producers to develop marketing plans for accounts expiring up to 120 days in advance.
- Review expiring exposures, update client information, and enter applications into Applied Epic.
- Prepare and send submissions to markets, review quotes, and ensure coverage aligns with client needs.
- Bind coverage, issue invoices, and ensure timely issuance of Auto IDs and renewal certificates.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in personal lines account management, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software.
- Soft Skills: Driven, team-oriented, detail-focused, and excellent communication skills.
