Job Summary

Seeking an engaged and customer-focused Insurance Concierge / P&C Agent to support clients by serving as a trusted advisor and delivering personalized insurance solutions. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service while helping clients understand and select appropriate coverage to protect what matters most. Strong interpersonal skills, insurance knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping others are essential to building long-term client relationships and ensuring a high-quality service experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a clear understanding of individual insurance needs.
  • Educate clients on available Property and Casualty insurance solutions, including home, auto, renters, and related coverage options.
  • Provide accurate quotes, assess risk exposures, and recommend appropriate coverage solutions based on client needs.
  • Respond to client inquiries, resolve concerns, and assist with claims-related questions in a timely and customer-focused manner.
  • Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to deliver accurate guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records using CRM and related systems.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell coverage to enhance client protection and overall value.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain licensing and strengthen industry knowledge.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensing: Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an insurance, sales, or customer-facing role within insurance or financial services is preferred.
  • Skills:
