Job description

Looking for a Marketing Technology Manager to join our client's team—an established and growing insurance carrier. This individual will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of the company’s marketing technology stack to support scalable, data-driven marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketing systems architecture and a strong track record of selecting, integrating, and managing MarTech platforms that drive business performance.

Compensation:

  • $100,000 - $130,000/year (based on experience)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or marketing technology, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Proven experience building, integrating, and optimizing marketing technology stacks (CRM, automation, analytics, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Experience Platforms (Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of marketing data structures, attribution models, and campaign measurement
  • Experience working with IT teams to manage system integrations and data governance
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus
  • Experience working within a regulated environment (insurance, healthcare, or finance)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and management of marketing technologies including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, CMS, and digital advertising tools
  • Design and maintain an integrated marketing technology stack that aligns with business and marketing goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Product, Sales, and Compliance) to ensure seamless system integrations and data flow
  • Identify gaps in current MarTech capabilities and propose scalable, cost-effective solutions
  • Own the governance of marketing data, ensuring accurate reporting, audience segmentation, and campaign attribution
  • Develop best practices for lead management, campaign tracking, and performance measurement
  • Ensure technology platforms are fully leveraged and users are trained and supported
  • Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and budgeting related to MarTech solutions
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and regulatory requirements affecting digital marketing in the insurance industry
