P&C Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced P&C Account Manager to join a team. This role is primarily focused on managing personal lines accounts (90%) with a smaller emphasis on commercial and farm lines (10%). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven ability to cross-sell and write new business. This is an onsite position based in Mansfield, OH, offering an excellent opportunity for growth within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage accounts from A-Z, including quoting, renewals, and account rounding
- Handle standard personal lines accounts and commercial accounts up to $10,000
- Provide exceptional customer service in a highly customer-facing role
- Take advantage of call-in, walk-in, and cross-sell opportunities to write new business
- Collaborate with a small, close-knit team in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize insurance software for account management (training provided; independent agency CRM experience required)
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
- 5-7+ years of relevant experience in account management within an independent agency
- Strong background in personal lines, with some exposure to commercial and farm lines
- Familiarity with independent agency CRM systems
- Proven ability to cross-sell and write new business
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to maintain and grow client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small office environment
