Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dedicated team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a $2.5 million premium book of business, work with top-tier carriers, and contribute to the continued growth of an agency.
Compensation Package
- $50,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience) + quarterly bonus opportunities & new business commissions

Responsibilities
- Manage a $2.5 million premium book of standard personal lines accounts.
- Provide exceptional service to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Handle renewal quotes and process renewals efficiently.
- Collaborate with top carriers, including Cincinnati Insurance, Safeco, Hartford, Travelers, and Auto-Owners.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using AMS360 software.
- Contribute to the agency's growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in an independent insurance agency, with a strong background in personal lines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
