Personal Insurance Account Manager

Seeking an experienced and personable insurance professional to join an established agency. The ideal candidate will provide timely quotes, identify cross-selling opportunities, and deliver exceptional service to personal lines clients.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous experience working with personal lines coverages in an agency or brokerage setting.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to negotiate with carrier underwriters to secure competitive rates.
  • Experience handling new and renewal submissions.
  • Proven ability to quote, bind, and issue policies accurately.
  • Skilled in working with multiple carriers and rating systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated customer service and sales abilities.
  • Ability to self-direct and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
