Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and a deep understanding of personal insurance products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, serving as the main point of contact for clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in personal insurance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in personal insurance account management
  • In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products and coverage options
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $45K-$55K (based on experience)
