Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role primarily focuses on managing personal lines accounts, with the potential to transition into commercial account management as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle both servicing and sales responsibilities.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000+ per year (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service existing personal lines insurance policies
- Assist with upselling, warm leads, and re-underwriting for existing policyholders once licensed
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed client expectations
- Utilize agency management software for account management and documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience in an agency setting is highly preferred
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not required (must be willing to obtain)
- Skills: Strong customer service and sales skills; bilingual candidates are preferred but not required
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus
