Personal/Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal/Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role primarily focuses on personal lines with the potential for a hybrid commercial split. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage accounts comprehensively.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range:
    • $45,000 - $50,000 base salary + annual raises + bonus opportunities
  • Benefits:

  • Work Arrangement:
    • On-site for the first 6 months for training.
    • Hybrid model after training: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote (reliable Wi-Fi required).

Responsibilities

  • Manage personal and commercial lines accounts from start to finish, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Handle underwriting business and ensure accuracy in all processes.
  • Cross-sell and occasionally write new business.
  • Quote new and renewal business using relevant software tools.
  • Collaborate with a team of seasoned Customer Service Representatives to meet client needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience preferred.
    • Customer service experience is essential.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with Hawksoft software is preferred but not required.
    • Experience with PL Rater for Personal Lines rating is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
