Established Agency seeking a producer with a hunter mentality. Must have comprehensive understanding of P&C Insurance, be a networking rock star, and demonstrate a clear ability to recognize broker needs.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Comfortable thinking outside the box and overcoming obstacles.
• Consultative sales.
• Prior sales experience.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
• Ability to travel within their assigned territory
• Work independently and as part of a team to drive agency revenue.
• Apply problem solving techniques to various issues.
• Ability to work with multiple carriers & grow broker network.
