Personal Lines Service Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Service Manager to join a close-knit and family-oriented team. This role involves managing a team of four professionals, overseeing daily operations, and servicing high-end personal lines clientele. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of four personal lines professionals.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional service to high-premium personal lines accounts.
  • Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
  • Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in personal lines servicing; management experience is preferred but not required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly desirable.
  • Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to long-term growth within the organization.
