Personal Lines Account Executive – High Net Worth

 

Job Summary
A growing, service-focused team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Executive specializing in High Net Worth accounts. This role involves managing complex personal insurance programs for clients across all 50 states. Ideal candidates are client-focused, collaborative, and experienced in delivering white-glove service to affluent clientele.

 

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $80,000 – $125,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day service for High Net Worth personal lines clients, including coverage reviews, renewals, endorsements, and claims support.
  • Partner with producers to assist with new business opportunities and retention initiatives.
  • Handle complex accounts with personal lines premiums typically ranging from $10,000 to $35,000+.
  • Conduct in-depth coverage analysis to ensure client risk is appropriately addressed.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication and responsive service.

 

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience servicing High Net Worth personal insurance accounts.
  • License: Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Systems: Proficiency in agency management systems (experience with Epic is a plus).
