Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: Starting at $50,000, with potential to earn $55,000+ based on experience.
  • Incentives: Earn $15 for each policy added to round out an account, averaging 30-60 policies per month.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).

Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage a book of business with a focus on upper-middle and high-net-worth clients.
  • Provide A-Z servicing, including policy renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries.
  • Handle remarketing efforts with the support of an in-house rater.
  • Collaborate with producers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Quote and process new and renewal business, with a primary focus on retention.
  • Utilize AMS360 and BenefitPoint software to manage accounts efficiently.
  • Work with standard and E&S carriers, including Pure, Chubb, AIG, and Vault.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring long-term client relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a preference for candidates with up to 10-15 years of experience.
  • Industry Background: Experience in an independent agency setting is essential.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to handle interruptions.
    • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AMS360 and BenefitPoint software is preferred.
