Personal Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Starting at $50,000, with potential to earn $55,000+ based on experience.
- Incentives: Earn $15 for each policy added to round out an account, averaging 30-60 policies per month.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).
Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will:
- Manage a book of business with a focus on upper-middle and high-net-worth clients.
- Provide A-Z servicing, including policy renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries.
- Handle remarketing efforts with the support of an in-house rater.
- Collaborate with producers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Quote and process new and renewal business, with a primary focus on retention.
- Utilize AMS360 and BenefitPoint software to manage accounts efficiently.
- Work with standard and E&S carriers, including Pure, Chubb, AIG, and Vault.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring long-term client relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a preference for candidates with up to 10-15 years of experience.
- Industry Background: Experience in an independent agency setting is essential.

- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AMS360 and BenefitPoint software is preferred.
