Personal Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well-established and family-oriented agency. This role is integral to the team, focusing on client retention, customer service, and managing standard personal lines accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella policies. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $64,000 annually (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities & commissions

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with standard personal lines accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella policies.
- Focus on client retention by providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle CSR tasks such as adding vehicles, processing endorsements, and assisting walk-in customers.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Utilize PL Rater and agency management software to manage accounts effectively.
- Work with team members to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance (non-captive preferred).
- Strong preference for candidates with Erie Insurance experience.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with PL Rater and agency management software.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Proven tenure in previous roles.
