Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves working with a mix of standard and high-net-worth accounts, providing exceptional service, and driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, a proven aptitude for sales, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work 2-3 days a week remotely.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Service and manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, including both standard and high-net-worth clients.
  • Handle policy changes, new business, quotes, and remarketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the production team using software tools such as AMS 360, ImageRight, and Dynamics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience:
    • For Account Managers: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an agency setting.
    • For Producers: Open to candidates at all levels with a strong aptitude for sales.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360, ImageRight, and Dynamics software is preferred.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid position with 2-3 days remote work per week.
