Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Responsibilities
- Manage and service personal lines accounts, focusing on standard accounts.
- Handle all aspects of account servicing, including renewals and policy management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role, with a strong understanding of personal lines insurance.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes with minimal training.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
