Sales and Service Agent - Personal Lines
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales and Service Agent to join a Personal Lines team. This role involves managing a book of business with premiums ranging from $1.2 to $1.7 million, focusing on both sales and service responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, a proven sales record, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Compensation Package
- Hourly Rate: $22/hour (pre-licensing), $24/hour (after 90 days with P&C license), up to $32/hour based on experience and performance.
- Annual Salary: $45,000 - $60,000+ (based on licensing and sales record; salary versus commission structure).
- Benefits: Fully employer-paid health, vision, and dental insurance.
- Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of PTO starting, 5 sick days, and 2 days for charitable activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional sales and service support to personal lines clients.
- Quote new and renewal business to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
- Manage a book of business with a premium range of $1.2 to $1.7 million.
- Collaborate with the Personal Lines Team Lead and other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the company’s system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company policies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire).
- Proven sales record with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred for the Tucson location but not required for Benson.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
