## Overview  
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Personal Lines Account Manager** to join our dynamic and inclusive team. ## Responsibilities  
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients by providing outstanding consultative service and timely communication.  
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.  
- Handle the day-to-day servicing of personal lines policies, including renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims assistance.  
- Leverage your proficiency in AMS 360 to manage client data, policies, and account records accurately and efficiently.  
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate standard personal lines insurance solutions.  
- Collaborate with underwriters, carriers, and other team members to secure competitive rates and coverage.  
- Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and regulations to ensure clients receive the best possible service.  
- Uphold and promote the organization’s values of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all interactions both internally and externally.  

## Qualifications  
- Proven experience in an account management role, with a focus on personal lines insurance.  
- Proficiency in using AMS 360 or comparable agency management systems.  
- Strong knowledge of standard personal lines insurance products and principles.  
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.  
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.  
- Commitment to providing high-quality service to a diverse client base.  
- Relevant insurance licenses as required by state regulations (e.g., Property and Casualty License).  
- Proactive attitude, detail orientation, and a demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively.
