Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit, family-oriented team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service and is looking for a long-term career in the insurance industry. This role is fully in-office and involves working with a variety of personal insurance accounts, including auto, home, umbrella, flood, earthquake, boat, and RV policies.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $52,000 - $62,400 annually ($25 - $30/hour), depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues.
- Assist with quoting and renewing personal insurance policies.
- Handle a variety of personal lines accounts, including auto, home, umbrella, flood, earthquake, boat, and RV policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and efficient workflow.
- Support sales efforts as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) license, or willingness to obtain one.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Applied Epic software is a plus.
