Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit, family-oriented team. This role is fully in-office and involves working with a variety of personal insurance accounts, including auto, home, umbrella, flood, earthquake, boat, and RV policies.

Compensation Package

Salary: $52,000 - $62,400 annually ($25 - $30/hour), depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues.
Assist with quoting and renewing personal insurance policies.
Handle a variety of personal lines accounts, including auto, home, umbrella, flood, earthquake, boat, and RV policies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and efficient workflow.
Support sales efforts as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) license, or willingness to obtain one.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Applied Epic software is a plus.
