Personal Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience and cultural fit)
- 401(k): 3% employer contribution
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with approximately $500,000 in premium.
- Handle daily tasks such as renewals, client inquiries, quoting, and preparing proposals.
- Quote primarily all new business and assist with renewals as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role; 3 years preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Epic and PL Rater is highly desirable.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to confidently handle phone interactions.
- Team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Eager to learn and grow within the organization.
