Job Summary

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and helping clients navigate their insurance needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of personal insurance business, including handling policy renewals, endorsements, and claims
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate coverage terms
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for account expansion

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred
  • Previous High Net Worth experience is required (at a minimum, exposure to E&S markets)
  • Previous experience in the CA insurance market is required; Exposure to California Fair Plan is highly preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage options
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a dedication to client satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in insurance management software and MS Office suite
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $65k-$75k (based on experience)
