Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and helping clients navigate their insurance needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of personal insurance business, including handling policy renewals, endorsements, and claims
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing expert advice and guidance
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate coverage terms
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for account expansion
Qualifications/Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred
- Previous High Net Worth experience is required (at a minimum, exposure to E&S markets)
- Previous experience in the CA insurance market is required; Exposure to California Fair Plan is highly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a dedication to client satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in insurance management software and MS Office suite
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $65k-$75k (based on experience)
