Personal Lines Account Manager – High Net Worth

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
  • Incentives:
    • Year-end bonus (typically several thousand dollars).
    • Tenure bonus after 10 years of service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service personal lines accounts, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
  • Handle change orders, endorsements, renewals, and client communications.
  • Support client introductions as needed.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
  • Occasionally travel to client sites for introductions when appropriate.

Qualifications/Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience in Personal Lines Account Management.
  • Ability to work effectively with high-net-worth clientele.
  • Active Property & Casualty license.
