P&C Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced P&C Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is a blend of sales and service, focusing primarily on Personal Lines with some Commercial and Farm Lines. As an integral part of a customer-focused office, you will manage accounts from start to finish, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the agency’s growth. This is an onsite position, offering a unique opportunity to work in a highly visible and collaborative environment.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $44,000 + commission opportunities

Responsibilities
- Provide full A–Z account management for Personal Lines, Commercial, and Farm Lines accounts
- Handle inbound call-in and walk-in sales inquiries
- Write new business and cross-sell additional products to existing clients
- Round out accounts to ensure comprehensive coverage for clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in a customer-facing role
- Utilize agency management software to manage accounts and documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
- 5+ years in account servicing and management preferred, with exposure to sales
- Experience with agency management software or CRM systems
- Broad familiarity with carrier markets is a plus
