Licensed Insurance CSR Agent

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Insurance CSR Agent to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding the book of business by selling a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
  • Develop and calculate suitable insurance plans tailored to clients' needs.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Expand the company's business reach through effective networking techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with all insurance standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must hold a valid P&C License (Property and Casualty).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in P&C insurance (required).
  • Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or related fields.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish is preferred but not required.
