Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to clients by managing personal insurance accounts, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal insurance, excellent communication skills, and a client-centered approach. This position offers a hybrid work environment.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers in servicing a designated book of personal lines business.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and proactive account management.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, renewals, and audits.
  • Collaborate with producers to identify client needs and provide strategic insurance solutions.
  • Work with carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and resolve billing or policy issues.
  • Review coverages and assist clients with claims as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal insurance lines preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management systems.
