Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

 

Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative team. This role involves managing and servicing a book of personal insurance accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella policies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage accounts from start to finish.

 

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 annually
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a book of approximately 250 personal lines accounts.
  • Handle all aspects of account servicing, including quoting, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Use the agency management system to manage accounts and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient, client-centered service.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • License: Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
  • Technical Skills: Previous experience utilizing agency management software preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
