Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned and dedicated Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join a team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to the clients and maintaining the high standards of the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal lines insurance, with a preference for those familiar with Erie Insurance and Applied Epic software. This is an in-office position, with work-from-home options available only under special circumstances.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to personal lines clients
- Handle standard-sized accounts and manage a book of business
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and efficient operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Applied Epic software
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance preferred
- Experience with Erie Insurance and Applied Epic software is a significant advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, in-office environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
