Personal Lines Sales Representative
Job Summary
Looking for a motivated and dynamic Personal Lines Sales Representative to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are newer to the insurance industry and are eager to build a rewarding career.
Responsibilities
- Handle warm leads, cross-sell policies, and generate referrals.
- Primarily work on homeowner policies and standard personal lines packages.
- Occasionally cross-sell commercial lines leads.
- Utilize EZLynx software for quoting and managing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow your book of business.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of sales experience preferred, but candidates with a strong desire to succeed in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with EZLynx software is a plus.
