Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Private Client Insurance Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-net-worth accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to protect their assets.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of private client insurance accounts, including high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized advice and solutions.
- Collaborate with insurance underwriters to negotiate coverage terms and ensure clients receive the most comprehensive and competitive insurance options.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Handle client inquiries, claims, and policy renewals in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate processing of insurance policies and client documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience handling high-net-worth clients and accounts is required.
- Previous experience with high-net-worth carriers (e.g., Chubb, Pure, Cincinnati, AIG, etc.) required.
- Strong understanding of personal insurance products, including property, casualty, and liability coverage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
