Commercial Lines Insurance Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join a dynamic team. This role is dedicated to prospecting and selling insurance policies to businesses, with a particular focus on small business accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial insurance, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, plus commission (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a portfolio of small business accounts through proactive prospecting and sales efforts.
- Focus on industries such as BOPs, workers' compensation, restaurants, beauty wholesalers, professional services, dental offices, and more.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and policy renewals.
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct cold calls, and present tailored insurance solutions to prospective clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to support the commercial lines team effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using the agency management system (HawkSoft).
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in a commercial lines producer role, with a preference for candidates experienced in small business accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HawkSoft or similar agency management software is preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Must be customer-focused, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
