Real Estate E&O Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate E&O Claims Adjuster to join a team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers the flexibility of working 100% remotely from anywhere. Compensation Package

  • Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 per year
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including the ability to work remotely from anywhere

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of up to 120 real estate E&O claims, with a focus on professional liability cases
  • Handle 50-75% litigated claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Collaborate with legal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all claim activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders throughout the claims process

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 7-10 years of claims experience, with substantial professional liability experience (minimum of 2 years)
  • Strong knowledge and experience in handling real estate E&O claims
  • Background in either a carrier or third-party administrator (TPA) environment is acceptable
  • Experience as an attorney defending real estate agents is a significant advantage
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and efficiently
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Licensure is not required, as you will work under the company license; however, a preferred license is a plus
