Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a portfolio of middle-market accounts, focusing on renewals, marketing, endorsements, and assisting producers with new business marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience.
- 401(k) Plan: Employer matches 17.5% of employee contributions.
- Comprehensive benefits package available upon request.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business exceeding $2 million, focusing on middle-market accounts.
- Handle renewals (90%) and new business marketing (10%).
- Process Certificates of Insurance (COI) and endorsements.
- Collaborate with producers to market new business opportunities.
- Utilize the Epic software system for account management.
- Coordinate with Patra for outsourced administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all client requests and deliverables.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role; experience with Epic software is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction or generalist accounts is highly desirable.
