Marketing Agent/Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Agent/Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of middle to large accounts, including manufacturers, distributors, and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance marketing, account management, and a proven ability to handle complex accounts. This position is primarily in-office, with hybrid flexibility for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of business with accounts ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 in premium.
- Handle principal accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Conduct marketing activities, including sending policies to market and preparing proposals.
- Submit applications to various wholesalers and carriers such as Hartford, Travelers, Guard, AmTrust, Workers Comp ICW, State Fund, CRC, Amwins, and Wholesure.
- Utilize AMS 360 software for account management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in insurance marketing and account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software and familiarity with online rating systems.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of markets and experience working with carriers and wholesalers.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Spanish bilingual skills are a significant plus.
