Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Associate Client Representative to join a team. In this role, you will support the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of select business. Working under the guidance of a lead servicer, you will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the lead servicer in managing a high-volume book of business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
  • Organize, attach, and name documents in EPIC for efficient record-keeping.
  • Utilize templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications, such as BORs, proposal letters, change requests, and proofs of insurance.
  • Process policy endorsements in EPIC.
  • Create and assign activities in EPIC to appropriate team members.
  • Order and manage loss runs as required.

Qualifications/Requirements

Work Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance.

Professional Licenses/Certifications

  • Must obtain a state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified timeframe.

Essential Skills/Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, with basic formatting skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand coverage fundamentals.
  • Strong commitment to meeting the expectations and requirements of clients and colleagues.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to find common ground quickly.

Education
