Personal Lines Senior Associate Client Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Senior Associate Client Representative to join a team. This full-time, mid-level position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional in the Personal Property and Casualty insurance field. The successful candidate will work independently to support lead service and Client Advisors by following established workflows and procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of property and casualty coverage, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $49,400 to $64,900 annually (based on experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility).

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
  • Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
  • Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
  • Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance, and invoices.
  • Utilize templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, client pre-renewal letters, proposal letters, and change requests.
  • Create activities in EPIC and assign them to applicable team members.

Other Responsibilities (as applicable):

  • Pull items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE, etc.
  • Generate and send renewal proofs upon request.
  • Verify endorsements against requests.
  • Perform document maintenance and retrieval.

Qualifications/Requirements

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Personal Property and Casualty insurance (preferred).

Professional Licenses/Certifications:

  • State Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Essential Skills/Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, with basic formatting skills.
  • Familiarity with agency management systems and carrier sites.
  • Basic understanding of property and casualty coverage.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet quality standards and complete urgent tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to find common ground with co-workers and clients.
  • Capability to follow established processes and deliver results under close direction.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
