Lead complex renewal cycles from start to finish, ensuring client programs are optimally structured and placed.

Evaluate existing coverage, loss trends, and exposures to design customized renewal strategies that mitigate risk and meet client goals.

Negotiate with carriers and underwriters to secure competitive terms and program designs, leveraging your market knowledge and relationships.

Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and clients, providing insight on coverage nuances, program alternatives, and emerging trends.

Prepare and present renewal proposals and recommendations that clearly explain options, pricing, and program changes.

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with carrier contacts, ensuring reliable market access and timely support.

Collaborate with internal teams across account management, claims, and analytics
What We’re Looking For

Deep understanding of casualty lines, large/complex account structures, and multi-state exposures.

Proven ability to manage multiple renewals simultaneously while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong negotiation and communication skills — able to simplify complex insurance concepts for clients.

P&C License required

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
