Commercial Insurance Account Manager – Hybrid (Atlanta, GA)
Compensation: $80k-$120k, depending on experience

Job Summary
A reputable agency is seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge and understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages. The candidate will be familiar with a variety of coverage lines across both admitted and non-admitted carriers.
Responsibilities
- Manage an established book of business.
- Serve as a primary point of contact in a client-facing role.
- Maintain client relationships while handling both new and renewal submissions.
- Review insurance contracts for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Process endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing.
- Prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
- Verify policy coverage and endorsements on all new and renewal business.
- Work independently or collaboratively with the team.
- Ensure retention of assigned accounts.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to address cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, and carrier concerns.
Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial account management experience.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and use multiple systems effectively.
