Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end servicing for commercial lines accounts, including quoting, policy changes, risk assessments, and handling larger certificates.
• Work with accounts in industries such as manufacturing, construction, real estate development, and generalist sectors.
• Collaborate with the CL support team for certificate issuance.
• Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation.
• Quote new and renewal business to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in commercial lines servicing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with carriers such as Chubb, Dairyland, CNA, and Auto Owners is a plus.
