Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager/Executive

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) or Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive (CLAE) to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing mid to large commercial accounts across various industries, including construction, oil and gas, and energy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling accounts from start to finish, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the success of the organization. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of remote and in-office work.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Bonuses: Two annual bonuses – a holiday bonus (2.5%) and a discretionary spring bonus. The branch has historically achieved bonuses up to 11.5%.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of mid to large commercial accounts across various industries, including construction, oil and gas, and energy.
  • Handle all aspects of account management, including servicing, certificates, marketing, quoting new and renewal business, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with producers to meet client needs and maintain strong relationships.
  • Utilize the Epic software system for account management (training will be provided if necessary).
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all account-related tasks and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing commercial accounts from start to finish. Candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Epic software is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a client-focused mindset.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
